St. John's wort-SZ alcohol is a concentrated hydroalcoholic extract with antispasmodic, depurative and diuretic actions that contribute to the normal functioning of the liver and biliary tract, the thyroid gland and the urinary system.

It is recommended in hyper and hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules, cystitis, urinary lithiasis, edema (accumulation of water in tissues), rheumatism.
