Orally, 30 drops (1 ml) 1-3 times a day or as needed, in 50 ml of boiled and cooled water or in tea.

Each portion contains: Damiana extract 333mg

For long-term cures (diabetes, depression, nervous digestive disorders, etc.) take 15 drops, twice a day, before meals. The cures last between 60 and 90 days, followed by a break of 15-30 days, after which administration can be resumed.

For the effects of increasing libido, take - on an empty stomach - approximately 60 minutes after the chosen moment, 30 drops (1 ml), in a single dose.
